"Scott is amazing. I switched to service with him a couple years ago and he is always available with a quick response for any questions that I may have. It doesn't matter if I e-mail or text him, Scott responds within a day. Also, he has provided assistance with everything from the original service of getting me home owners and auto insurance at a cheaper rate than my previous carrier to helping me when I can't seem to manage the process of finding and printing new insurance cards for my car or getting a new beacon when I got a new car. Scott and his team are the best. Adding a second note here because I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Scott and team for an insurance claim. I had a lot of questions and every time, Scott either contacted me himself or got someone from the claims department to contact me within 24 hours."
